TRAINING PROCESS
NHAN EDU’s in – house training programs applies the following steps as part of our services to our clients:
Analyzing training needs (TNA)
Through effective and results-driven surveying methods, we identify the training needs of the organization. The expectations of the team leader(s), and/or the Board of Directors for the training programs are also gathered and integrated into the training objectives.
Designing training programs
Designing and finalizing training content, including training modules, relevant activities in the courses and overall program.
Implementing the training plan
Organizing and delivering the training program.
Conducting post-training evaluation
Different types of tests, and/or interviews are used to get feedback from the employees, evaluate the increase of knowledge and skills that participants have acquired after the program.
